Our Approach

Aesthetic medicine, the way it should be

Aesthetic Clinique was founded with a clear conviction: aesthetic medicine should be calm, clinical, and personal. The industry has, for too long, been characterised by rushed appointments, oversold treatments and pressure to commit. We exist for clients who want a different experience — one rooted in clinical rigour, considered judgment and unhurried care.

Our practitioners are medically trained, with the credentials and ongoing professional development to practise safely in the United Kingdom. Every treatment is delivered by a qualified clinician — never delegated to non-medical staff — and we use only regulated, evidence-based products from manufacturers we trust. From MHRA-grade botulinum toxins to established hyaluronic-acid filler ranges, our materials are chosen for their clinical track record, not their margin.

But credentials alone are not enough. What sets aesthetic care apart is judgment: knowing when to treat, when to wait, and when to recommend a smaller, simpler intervention. That judgment — earned over years and applied to every face individually — is what we work hardest to bring to every consultation.

We measure success not in millilitres injected or treatments sold, but in clients who come back year after year, ageing well, looking like themselves, and trusting our advice when something simpler is better than something more.

Our Principles

Six commitments we make to every client

These are not marketing claims. They are how we run the clinic, day after day, treatment after treatment.

Practitioner-Led

Every treatment is performed by a qualified clinician — never delegated to non-medical staff. Our team holds the medical and aesthetic credentials required to practise safely in the United Kingdom and continually invests in advanced training in injectables, lasers and skin science.

Less is More

We design for facial harmony, restraint and the long term. Subtle improvements, repeated thoughtfully across years, age better than dramatic ones. We will recommend the smallest effective intervention every time — and recommend none at all when that is what serves you best.

Considered Consultation

We listen first. Your consultation is unhurried and private, with time to ask questions, discuss alternatives and decide at your pace. We will tell you when a treatment is not in your interest, and we will never recommend more than is needed for the outcome you want.

Evidence-Based Choices

We use only regulated, clinically proven products and devices from manufacturers we trust — including MHRA-grade botulinum toxins, established hyaluronic-acid filler ranges and well-documented bio-stimulators. Our protocols are based on current medical evidence and established aesthetic best practice.

Privacy & Discretion

Aesthetic care is personal. Our West Hampstead clinic is designed for privacy, with calm, unhurried appointments, confidential clinical records and discreet entrances and waiting areas — appreciated by clients in the public eye and equally by clients who simply value quiet.

Long-Term Relationship

We are not interested in single transactions. The clients we serve best are the ones we see for years — refining, maintaining and adapting their care as their face, lifestyle and priorities change. Continuity of clinician matters, and we protect it.

Clinical Standards

How we keep aesthetic medicine safe

Aesthetic treatment is medicine. We treat it that way — from product sourcing to consent, from injection technique to aftercare review.

UK regulatory framework

We operate within the UK regulatory framework for aesthetic practice — using MHRA-regulated medicines and devices, working to the clinical standards of the practitioner's professional regulator (GDC), and following the safety guidance issued by the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) and other recognised aesthetic registers.

Hygiene & infection control

Single-use needles, sealed sterile packaging, full skin antisepsis and a clinically appropriate setting for every injectable and laser procedure. We do not perform clinical aesthetic treatments outside a clinical environment.

Informed consent

Before any treatment you receive a clear written explanation of expected results, alternatives, downtime, side effects and known risks — and time to take it home and decide. We do not treat on the same day as a first consultation by default.

Aftercare & follow-up

Detailed written aftercare and a follow-up review for every injectable and bio-stimulator treatment. We make adjustments at no extra cost where appropriate within the published review window.

Who We Treat

Considered care for every stage

The work we do is highly individual. The starting points are not.

First-time clients

Considering treatment for the first time. We focus on listening, education and small, reversible starting points — never pressure. A first appointment is often a consultation only.

Discerning maintainers

Long-term clients refining established treatment plans. We adjust, simplify and adapt as your face, lifestyle and priorities change — sometimes recommending less than last time.

Switching clinics

Looking for a more clinical, more honest experience after treatment elsewhere. We are happy to review previous work, dissolve where appropriate and rebuild from a calmer baseline.

Skin-focused clients

Prioritising long-term skin health over volume. Bio-stimulators, polynucleotides, peels, microneedling, laser and clinical skincare programmes (Obagi, Cosmelan, medical-grade routines).

Wellness-led clients

Combining aesthetic care with IV vitamin therapy, NAD+ infusions, recovery support and weight-loss treatment as part of a wider routine.

Medical referrals

Clinical conditions including chronic migraines and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), treated with evidence-based botulinum toxin protocols, and cosmetic micropigmentation for medical reasons.

Aesthetic Medicine for Men

A growing share of our practice

Male anatomy, ageing pattern and aesthetic goals differ from female ones — and dosing, technique and treatment selection should reflect that.

We see a steadily increasing number of male clients — for male-specific anti-wrinkle dosing across the forehead, glabella and crow's feet, for jawline-defining filler placement that respects masculine bone structure, for hair regeneration with PRP and exosomes, and for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) of the underarms and hands.

Just as importantly, we see male clients for IV vitamin therapy, NAD+ infusions and weight-loss support — areas of aesthetic and wellness medicine that increasingly cross over with longevity and performance care. The same principles apply: practitioner-led, evidence-based, conservative.

FAQs

About the clinic

Who is Aesthetic Clinique for?

Our clients are men and women — typically aged 25 to 65 — who want considered, natural-looking aesthetic care in a calm clinical setting. We work with first-time clients exploring their options as well as long-term clients refining established treatment plans, and with clients seeking medical aesthetic care for hyperhidrosis, chronic migraine or related conditions.

What is your treatment philosophy?

We believe aesthetic treatments should enhance — never replace — your features. Our work centres on facial harmony, restraint and the long term. We design for results that look like the best version of you, not someone else, and we will recommend doing less when less is appropriate. Where a non-clinical alternative (skincare, sleep, sun protection, lifestyle) would serve you better, we say so.

Are your treatments safe?

All treatments are delivered by qualified medical professionals using regulated, evidence-based products and devices. We follow strict protocols for hygiene, consent, dosing and aftercare, and provide clear information on risks and recovery before any procedure. No aesthetic treatment is risk-free, but the steps we take — clinician-only delivery, conservative dosing, MHRA-grade products, written informed consent — meaningfully reduce the chance of avoidable harm.

Where is your clinic?

Aesthetic Clinique is located in West Hampstead, north-west London — 92 West End Lane, London NW6 2LU. The clinic sits within a few minutes' walk of West Hampstead Underground (Jubilee line), West Hampstead Overground, West Hampstead Thameslink and Finchley Road stations, and is easily accessible from across Greater London, the wider UK and overseas.

Do you only offer cosmetic treatments?

No. Alongside cosmetic injectables and skin treatments, we offer evidence-based wellness services including IV vitamin therapy, NAD+ infusions, weight-loss support and clinical management of conditions such as chronic migraines and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) using established botulinum toxin protocols.

Do you treat clients from outside London?

Yes. A significant share of our clients travel from across the United Kingdom and abroad. Where appropriate we can plan combination programmes around a single visit, and we structure aftercare so that follow-up does not require a return trip whenever this is clinically safe.

What happens if I'm unhappy with previous work elsewhere?

We see this often and are happy to review previous work without judgement. Where filler is the issue, hyaluronidase can dissolve hyaluronic-acid product placed elsewhere — partially or fully — so we can rebuild from a calmer baseline. For other concerns we will discuss realistic options, including doing nothing for a period of time.
