What to Expect

From first call to follow-up

A consultation at Aesthetic Clinique is unhurried, private and entirely without sales pressure. Here is what happens, step by step.

  1. 1

    Pre-consultation

We'll send a short medical questionnaire by email so we can use our time together for the conversation that matters.

  2. 2

    Examination & discussion

30 minutes (or longer if needed). We examine the relevant area, listen to your goals and discuss realistic options — including doing nothing.

  3. 3

    Written plan

You leave with a clear, written treatment plan with options, downtime and pricing. No pressure to book on the day.

  4. 4

    Treatment & review

When you are ready, we book treatment and a follow-up review. Adjustments within the published review window are included.

FAQs

Booking, payment & access

How do I book a consultation?

Call or message us, email the clinic, or send the enquiry form on this page. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

What should I expect at a first consultation?

A 30-minute private consultation with a qualified clinician. We review your medical history, examine the relevant area, discuss your goals and walk through realistic options — including alternatives and the option of not treating. You leave with a clear, written plan and the time to decide at home. The consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment booked on the day.

Do you treat on the same day as the consultation?

We do not treat on the same day as a first consultation by default — we believe you should have time to consider a written plan. For follow-up appointments, returning clients and certain low-risk treatments, same-visit treatment is available. Your clinician will discuss what is appropriate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Payment plans may be available for larger combination programmes — please ask during your consultation.

Is the clinic accessible?

Step-free access is available; please let us know in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements so we can make sure your appointment goes smoothly. Our clinical team can also accommodate a chaperone or support person if you would like one present.

Where is the nearest parking?

Limited paid street parking is available on surrounding Camden Council streets, but space is restricted. The O2 Centre car park on Finchley Road is the largest paid option within a 10-minute walk. Public transport is generally faster — we are 5 minutes from West Hampstead Underground, Overground and Thameslink stations.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling so we can offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in any deposit being retained. Full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.

Do you treat clients from outside London?

Yes. A significant share of our clients travel from across the United Kingdom and abroad. Where appropriate we can plan combination programmes around a single visit, structure aftercare so a return trip is not required, and arrange phone or video follow-up where clinically safe.
