These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aesthetic Clinique website at aestheticclinique.co.uk and the consultation, treatment and aftercare services we provide at our clinic in West Hampstead, London. By using our website, booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
About us
"Aesthetic Clinique", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aesthetic Clinique (trading as B.A AestheticClinique), an aesthetic clinic operating from 92 West End Lane, London NW6 2LU. You can contact us at info.babeautyaesthetic@gmail.com or 07475 916916.
Bookings & consultations
All treatments require a clinical consultation to confirm suitability. Bookings can be made by phone, email, our website enquiry form or in person. We reserve the right to decline a treatment where, in our clinical opinion, it is not appropriate or safe — for example, where there is a clinical contraindication, where realistic outcomes cannot be met, or where the treatment is not in your best interest.
For most new clients we do not perform treatment on the same day as a first consultation. This is a deliberate clinical safeguard and gives you time to consider a written plan.
Deposits & cancellations
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will normally be redeemed against the cost of the treatment booked. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the deposit being retained, in whole or in part, to cover the cost of the time reserved.
Pricing & payment
Prices are reviewed regularly and may change. The price quoted in your written consultation plan is valid for that plan for 60 days from the date of the consultation, unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the appointment unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.
Informed consent
You will be asked to read and sign an informed-consent form for every treatment. The form sets out the expected outcomes, alternatives, downtime, common side effects and known risks. If anything is unclear, please ask before signing. Treatment will not proceed without informed consent.
Aftercare & follow-up
You will receive written aftercare instructions for every treatment. You are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect your results and increase the risk of complications. We provide a follow-up review within the published review window for each treatment, where adjustments — if clinically appropriate — are included at no extra cost.
If you experience any unexpected symptoms after treatment, please contact us immediately. In a clinical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
Suitability, age & medical disclosure
Our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. You must give us full and accurate medical information at consultation. Some treatments are not suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in the presence of certain medical conditions and medications — your clinician will discuss these with you.
Photography
We may take clinical photographs as part of your treatment record so we can monitor outcomes. Photographs are only used for marketing or educational purposes with your separate written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Refunds
Once a treatment has been performed it cannot be undone in the same way as a manufactured product, and refunds are not routinely available. Where a treatment outcome is materially below the standard reasonably expected, we will discuss the most appropriate clinical remedy — which may include a corrective treatment at no extra cost during the published review window. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Liability
Aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks which are discussed during your consultation and listed on the informed-consent form. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to losses that are a direct and reasonably foreseeable consequence of our negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Complaints
If you have a concern, please raise it with us first by emailing info.babeautyaesthetic@gmail.com so we can put it right. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days and resolve them as quickly as possible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
