Overview

Choose by concern, not by trend

The right treatment is the one that addresses your actual concern with the smallest effective intervention. Every plan we recommend starts from what you want to change — not from what is fashionable this season.

Aesthetic Clinique offers a curated range of advanced non-surgical treatments across injectables (anti-wrinkle, hyaluronic-acid filler, Profhilo, polynucleotides, Sculptra, Radiesse), skin and laser (microneedling, mesotherapy, chemical peels, Cosmelan, Obagi, carbon peel, laser hair and tattoo removal), body and hair (fat dissolving, cellulite reduction, weight-loss treatment, PRP, exosomes), wellness IV therapy (NAD+ and bespoke vitamin drips), and medical aesthetics (hyperhidrosis, chronic migraine, hyaluronidase dissolving, cosmetic micropigmentation).

We do not perform every treatment that exists in aesthetic medicine. We perform the ones we trust — those with a clear evidence base, regulated products, and protocols our team has refined through clinical experience. Where a different treatment, a different clinic, or no treatment at all would serve you better, we say so.

FAQs

Choosing & combining treatments

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Start with the concern, not the treatment. We recommend a private consultation where we examine the relevant area, review your medical history, listen to your goals and discuss the smallest effective option — which is often not the one you arrived asking about. Some clients book a single 30-minute consultation for clarity and decide at home.

Can I combine treatments in the same visit?

Often yes. Common safe combinations include anti-wrinkle with skin treatments, dermal fillers with bio-stimulators (Profhilo, polynucleotides), and IV therapy with most aesthetic appointments. Some combinations require sequencing across separate visits — your clinician will explain the right order in your consultation.

How long do non-surgical treatment results last?

It varies by treatment and individual: anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months, hyaluronic-acid filler 6–18 months depending on area and product, Profhilo around 6 months, Sculptra and Radiesse up to 18–24 months, laser hair removal is long-term after a course, and chemical peels and IV therapy are typically course-based. Each treatment page has a specific guide.

Are non-surgical treatments safe?

When performed by a qualified clinician using regulated products in a clinical setting, the major non-surgical treatments we offer have a well-documented safety profile. No aesthetic treatment is risk-free, so we explain known risks and downtime in writing, take informed consent, and follow strict clinical protocols. The single most important factor in aesthetic safety is who is treating you.

How much do treatments cost?

Treatment fees range from £50 for a consultation to bespoke combination programmes from £2,000+. Most injectable treatments sit between £200 and £400 per visit. Each treatment page lists the current price and any package or course pricing. We do not run aggressive discounts on injectables — clinical care should not be price-led.

What if I've had treatment elsewhere and I'm not happy?

We see this often. Where filler is the issue, hyaluronidase can dissolve hyaluronic-acid product placed elsewhere — partially or fully — and we can rebuild from a calmer baseline. For other concerns we will discuss realistic options including doing nothing for a period of time. Bring photos and any product information you have.
