Treatment Summary
Mesotherapy delivers a customised cocktail of vitamins, amino acids, peptides and antioxidants directly into the dermis via fine micro-injections. The cocktail is selected to your concern — hydration, brightness, anti-oxidant support or general skin health. It is course-based, with sessions typically 2–3 weeks apart, and maintained quarterly.
Also known as: vitamin injection · skin booster injection · NCTF · biorevitalisation · meso facial
Key Benefits
Tailored Cocktail
The mix is chosen for your skin: hydration, antioxidant support, brightness or repair.
Direct Delivery
Active ingredients reach the dermis where topical products simply cannot.
Gentle and Cumulative
Effects build over a course rather than from a single session.
Combines Well
Pairs sensibly with microneedling, peels and bio-stimulators in a planned programme.
What mesotherapy is
Mesotherapy is a delivery technique: the injection of small volumes of active ingredients into the mesoderm — the middle layer of the skin — where they can reach fibroblasts and other dermal targets directly. The term covers a range of products and indications; in modern aesthetic practice, the focus is on tailored cocktails of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, peptides, amino acids and antioxidants delivered for skin quality, hydration and radiance.
It is gentle, course-based and well-tolerated. It is not a dramatic single-session treatment.
What mesotherapy is good for
We use mesotherapy primarily for:
- Dull, dehydrated, urban-pollution-exposed skin that wants antioxidant and vitamin support
- Crepey neck and décolletage, where gentler delivery suits thinner skin
- Pre-event glow programmes as part of a four-week run-in to a wedding or major event
- Maintenance between Profhilo or polynucleotide courses
It is not the right tool when you need volume, structural change, or bio-remodelling at the level Profhilo or polynucleotides deliver.
How we choose the cocktail
The right cocktail depends on the dominant concern. For hydration and overall quality, we typically use NCTF 135HA — a standardised CE-marked product with hyaluronic acid plus 59 active ingredients. For brightness and pigment-prone skin, vitamin C-led cocktails work well. For antioxidant and anti-pollution support, glutathione and vitamin-blend cocktails are useful. We always work from CE-marked, manufacturer-specified products with traceable composition.
Who suits mesotherapy
Mesotherapy suits adults with concerns around skin quality and radiance who want a gentle, gradual approach — including clients new to aesthetic medicine, clients who prefer not to start with stronger injectables, and clients between courses of bio-remodelling treatments. It is also useful for the scalp in early-stage hair thinning programmes.
It is not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in active skin infection, or with known allergy to any planned cocktail component.
What happens on the day
Treatment takes 30–45 minutes for face, longer if combined with neck and décolletage. After cleansing and topical anaesthesia, we deliver the cocktail as multiple small injections across the area, either by hand or using a mesogun for very superficial work. You will see small papules at each injection point that settle within hours.
Results timeline
Most clients notice fresher, better-hydrated skin within a few days of the first session. The cumulative effect on tone, texture and quality builds over the course of 4–6 sessions and is most visible at 2–4 weeks after the final loading session.
Maintenance
Maintenance is typically every 4–8 weeks depending on the cocktail used and the goals. Mesotherapy combines well with microneedling and peels in a planned skin programme, but we sequence carefully — not stacked on the same skin in the same week.

Skin is cleansed and a topical anaesthetic is applied for 15–20 minutes.
- 3
Micro-Injection
Multiple small injections deliver the cocktail across the face (and neck/décolletage if planned).
- 4
Course of 4–6 Sessions
Sessions are spaced 2–3 weeks apart for the loading course, then maintained every 4–8 weeks.

Mesotherapy as a delivery technique has decades of clinical use across dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Modern aesthetic mesotherapy uses CE-marked product ranges (e.g. NCTF/Fillmed, BCN, Toskani) with documented compositional standards. Evidence supports improvements in skin hydration, elasticity and antioxidant status when delivered as a course; we choose ingredients with the strongest evidence and best tolerability for the indication.
